Katrinci's Commission TOS
I. General Disclaimers
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time. (commissioners will recieve a refund if their commission is cancelled)
II. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
• I will not begin work on any commission request until I am paid in full.• The client needs to be clear and concise when filling out the commission form and provide both written and visual references. (moodboards are welcome!)• The client must remain respectful during the commission process.• If the client fails to provide important information and clear descriptions/references they assume full responsibility when requesting revisions. (Read the Revision section for further information)• The client needs to specify if they wish to recieve WIPs after the sketch phase of the commission.
II. COMMISSION PROCESS
• Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.• During the sketch phase, I will accept one complete revision. After getting the commissioner's approval on the sketch, I will only be accepting minor revisions during the later art stages.• I will do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please be understanding if your commission ends up being delayed (you will be notified beforehand).
III. REVISIONS
• One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.• Further major revisions come with additional fees as well as excessive minor revisions, if they begin to halt the commission process.• Revisions due to my own negligence are free.• It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
IV. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
• I (the artist) retain the rights over any commissioned works and reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media and website.• The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights. (the pricing is discussed privately)• While appreciated, it is not necessary to credit me every time you are sharing or using the work you commissioned from me, unless I specified. However, when the client is asked who drew the commissioned work, they are required to credit me.• If you have purchased the commercial rights to a commissioned work, credit is required.
You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Print the work for personal use.• Post the artwork on social media (credit appriciated but not required unless asked to specify who the artist behind the commission is).• Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Claim the artwork was created by you.• Remove my watermark/signature (if I included it).• Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.• Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
V. REFUNDS
• Once the first WIP is sent, the client cannot ask for a refund.• I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission for any reason.
VI. WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• Final Sketch
• Final Artwork (PNG with minimum 300 DPI, unless a different resolution/file type is requested)• For an additional $10 USD, you can also purchase the PSD or CSP file of your commission.

COMMISSION TYPES
❥ Halftone Illustration (B&W or Monochromatic)
A B&W (or monochromatic) character illustration with detailed clean lineart and halftone shading.
Base Price:
❥ Bust-up: 15 EUR
❥ Half-body: 30 EUR
❥ Full-body: 60 EURAdditional fees:
❥ Extra Character: +75% price
How to calculate:
First Character (Base Price) + Second Character (75% × Base Price) = Final Price
❥ B&W Character Sheet (Clean Bust-Up Sketch)
Base Price:
❥ 4 expressions: 40 EUR
❥ 8 expressions: 70 EUR
❥ 12 expressions: 100 EUR

Option B
A B&W character sheet featuring a clean bust-up sketch of different characters with various facial expressions of the commissioner's choosing.The commissioner can choose the number of expressions per character, as well as the overall number of characters present in the commission.
❥ Shares the same Base Price as Option A but each new character comes with a small fee (+10 EUR)
How to calculate:
Base Price + (Total number of different characters present × 10 EUR) = Final Price
❥ Character Painting
Base Price:
❥ Bust-up: 40 EUR
❥ Half-body: 80 EUR
❥ Full-body: 120 EURAdditional fees:
❥ Extra Character: +75% price
❥ Complex Design or Prop: +5 to 20 EUR
❥ Background: +10 to 150 EUR (price depends on the complexity)
Important to note:
You might have noticed that I have two slightly different painting styles. As you can see from the illustrations below, one painting style is more smooth (right image) while the is much more textured (left image).
When requesting this commission type, choose an artwork from my portfolio gallery which best represents the style you want your commission to be drawn in and make sure it is included in your references.
